Families will especially appreciate the Kids' Club, where children enjoy a wide variety of fun activities supervised by friendly and caring staff. The Aqua Park is a highlight for all ages, offering thrilling water slides and overseen by vigilant lifeguards who prioritize safety.
Dining at Jaz Dar El Madina is a culinary delight. The main restaurant boasts an excellent buffet, while the Italian, Chinese, and Egyptian restaurants offer authentic and delicious experiences. Don't miss the fantastic "Om Ali" at the Egyptian restaurant! Pool and Aqua Bars provide drinks and snacks throughout the day.

It was a stay to remember 😍

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional warm, welcoming, and seamless. Check-in was quick and efficient, setting the tone for a smooth and relaxing stay. A special thank you to the front desk staff, especially the person who welcomed us with genuine warmth and stayed helpful throughout our stay, right up to the friendly goodbye.

The room was clean, well-organized, and conveniently located close to everything, even the beautiful beach just next door. The aqua park was perfectly designed for both families and couples, offering fun and relaxation for everyone. The guards were highly professional, making us feel safe and well cared for.

Snorkeling in the crystal-clear water was unforgettable, and the experience was made even better thanks to the hospitality of Hassan, Taha, and the attentive restaurant manager, who made every meal delicious and easily accessible.

A truly enjoyable staywould definitely come back!

A hotel that is worth visiting twice

The hotel has exceeded my expectations
Starting from Mr Kaseem from the Guest relations who made everything during my family stay smooth and very quick check in and check out on the last day.
Food quality and variety is a top notch. Mr Karem restaurant manager along with Taha the waiter made sure that everything was good and any special requests has been taken care of.
Room house keeping made sure to make my child smile with those towel characters made everyday, thank you
The animation team (Messy, Charlotte, Osama) made sure that every member of the family is entertained throughout the day by doing different kinds of activities
The aqua park was huge with different slides that suits all ages from babies to grow ups
I have enjoyed the beach especially the bay area. Its accessible through the sister hotel SOLAYA in which you can see the fish without having to do snorkeling
